Stanford Owen, M.D.
ADD Clinics is founded by Stanford A. Owen, MD, a practicing Internal Medicine physician recognized nationally for his expertise in treating nutrition-related illnesses. Dr. Owen holds board certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists. Additionally, he is a certified Master Psychopharmacologist by the Neuroscience Education Institute with specialized training in ADD. Since 2001, he has been dedicated to addressing adult ADD.
Dr. Owen’s extensive knowledge in chronic disease, psychopharmacology, and nutrition enables a holistic approach to enhancing the most vital organ—the brain. His philosophy centers on maximizing improvement in various factors that may negatively impact brain function. Driven by empiricism, he emphasizes measuring progress. Patients gain insights into factors affecting the brain adversely, learning to prevent damage, incorporate healing elements, and measure results. Long-term compliance with treatment is reinforced through continuous improvement.

Cheryl Grace, M.ED., JD
Cheryl Grace, M.ED., JD, holds certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC # AD17-021G), specializing in patients with addictions and drug dependency. With two decades of experience, she has been instrumental in assisting patients through the detoxification and rehabilitation processes from addictive substances like drugs and alcohol. Cheryl has firsthand experience observing the detrimental effects of toxic agents on brain function, particularly in terms of focus, attention, and memory. Equally rewarding is witnessing individuals experience joy and achievement as they regain a fully functional brain.
Cheryl plays a crucial role in aiding brain-impaired patients struggling with addiction, guiding them through the safe removal of attention-impairing substances. It is mandatory for patients entering ADD Clinics for treatment to be free from opiates, benzodiazepines, marijuana, and daily alcohol before undergoing ADD evaluations. Dr. Owen may provide assistance in detoxification when necessary.
In addition to her certification, Cheryl holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, with her thesis focusing on assisting those who are physically and mentally challenged. As an Amen-Certified Brain Coach, she evaluates all patients upon entry for psychological, social, and spiritual stresses, including those related to substance abuse. Cheryl directs non-medication treatments aimed at improving brain function and offers long-term counseling, including the monitoring of exercise strategies.
Anne Andry, MS, RD
Anne Andry, MS, RD, serves as the director of research and nutritional services at ADD Clinics. With a wealth of experience, she specializes in treating patients with medical conditions that impair the brain, particularly those related to nutrition, such as Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Anne is actively involved in conducting FDA-monitored medication trials considered for FDA approval. As an Amen-certified Brain Coach, she brings a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and brain health to her role.
Additionally, Anne manages the nutrition and supplement store at ADD Clinics, ensuring access to quality products for patients. Both Ms. Andry and Ms. Grace hold certifications as Irlen Syndrome Testers, addressing a condition often overlooked in adults. In many states, there is a growing mandate for Irlen Syndrome screening in school children. Unfortunately, a significant number of adults remain undiagnosed and untreated.
